For classes and groups that I offer, I do my best to stick to the times listed.

Fees can change at any time.

Payment is due at time of booking/confirmation of your appointment. If an exception is made, payment is then due no later than the beginning of service and/or program and/or group and/or as listed in the individual offering's paperwork and/or FAQ.

Sessions/offerings that includes food and/or held at a site that requires that I pay to use it, the additional charge is factored into the listed price. The addendum to this policy is when I do not charge for my time for facilitating the session, space rental, travel and related expenses, and additional fees will apply.

I will have physical objects available for purchase in the future. Sales, if they occur, will be listed on the site. No other payment options will be available and only monetary payment will be excepted.

Regardless of when, before, after, or during the session, that the damage occurred, all damages made by you are your responsibility to fix or replace with the same item and amount, or an item of the same price and quality and amount, or an item and quantity that is of better price and quality.

Once a session begins and/or I arrive to the session, there are no refunds given upon client request. If I cancel the session due to an emergency, however, refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

Any exceptions, and degree of exception, to the payment policies are decided by Lea Ann Quaintance and/or One Whole One Temple.

I am free to offer different payment options to different people for the same service for different amounts at any time.

You can pay before or at the beginning of the session with a credit or debit card, Paypal, Cash app, and Zelle, and/or via your invoice or payment link that I will send to you. Cash at the beginning of an in person session is accepted as well.

I do not offer private, pay-over-time nor credit options.

All reduced fee services require that you pay some portion of the total cost in money.

You must have a need for a reduced fee or work trade option and not that you just don't want to have to pay for my services.

Also, if you feel that my fees are too exorbitant/don't want to pay/don't want to pay me in money even when you have it to use, that's your intuition telling you that I will not be a good fit for your needs at this time.

With all of the the reduced/alternative/trade payment options: I require an honest review of services that can be publicly posted for my business. They can be left through my contact option or via email.

If I am trading with a professional that has a public site, I'm glad to offer up an honest review to be posted on your site as well.

Sliding scale: 

I do not slide to free/no payment because of all the options below. You must pay some portion because otherwise, it supports and contributes to a victim perspective. There is infinite supply.

There is always some way with me, that you can pay for service.

Food as partial payment up to $50:

I give you a grocery list of foods that will amount to about $35-$38 and $50 will be removed from your bill. The lesser amount would be a grocery list amounting to $18- $25 and $35 will be removed from your bill. Groceries will be due at time of session. Message me for more information for this option. Not available for all offerings.

Trade:

All trade arrangements must also work in my favor. For some trade agreements, I may ask for trade/pay split.

Other payment alternatives:

I'd rather get you in and have you be seen if you're dedicated to self awareness and personal/spiritual growth and/or at the point in your life that you're ready to make a conscious and active change in your life. Contact me and we can see what we can work out but know there will still require some amount of money as payment required.

Groups of 3+ are considered "organizations" unless specified otherwise in the offering. Organizations, at this time, are not available alternative nor reduced payment options that are not sated in the offering's fee structure. The only amendment to this are registered non-profits. If your organization is a non-profit, please reach out for payment options if needed.

All trade for service/program must be complete before the above listed cancellation cut off.

I only offer full fee trades with other professionals. Otherwise, if you're asking for a work trade, such as editing or transcription work for me and you're not a professional in this field, you must pay part of your fee in money and the rest I can be traded if I've agreed to this.

All trades must work in my favor as well. For example, if you're a jet engine mechanic and I don't have a jet engine in need of repair, I won't be open to the trade. If, however, you, not me, you can work out a three way trade for something that'll benefit me, I'll be open to considering it.

Not available for all offerings.

• Service trades (dollar for dollar):

if you're a service based provider, such as a massage therapist or house cleaner, I'm willing to trade services for the full fee based on your publicly posted rates.

• Work trades:

You'd perform work I need done in exchange for my service. For example: transcription and/or editing and/or proofing my website. We'd discuss options prior to setting the appointment.

• Mentoring trades:

Long term work trade when you're working toward a certain life goal. You'd have to agree to a minimum number of hours per month for a minimum of 6 months. As we'd need to discuss your desired outcome and figure out if I'm a good fit for you're trying to achieve, we'd need to discuss options prior to any services rendered.

Cancellation policy: Clients must give at least a 48-hours notice of a cancellation or change in an individual appointment or class; 72 hours for organizations of 2+. No shows for same day appointments cannot be rescheduled for 14 days.

For some offerings, cancellation policies are listed in the advertising and/or paperwork provided when we finalize working together and/or its FAQ.

You can change your appointment up to two times, as long as you've given the required notice, before you're unable to make another appointment with me. This does not apply to "Anointed," which you can only reschedule once. After the second appointment change, or the first with "Anointed," you've not attended your appointment, and you've prepaid then your fees are forfeit. Emergencies where you cannot cancel or reschedule with notice, are considered on a case by case bases so long as you contact me within 5 days of your initially scheduled time. 

If you no call/no show without an emergency, you may be only allowed to reschedule one time there after, in toto not per appointment, on a case by case basis. This option is not available with "Anointed."

If payment was not made and you no call/no show, and I allow you to make another appointment, you'll have to pay for the appointment at the time of booking.

If you've paid ahead of time, failure to provide cancellation and/or change notice per policy forfeits your payment. If cancellation and/or change was made per policy, any prepayment payment carries over to your next session. If you ask for your fee to be returned when cancelling, it will be less the processing fee if one is applied by the payment processor.

Exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis. I do not guarantee that I will make considerations for exceptions unless listed above.

In my own personal healing, many of my leaps in awareness and/or healing have come from me using out-of-the-box healing methods on myself.

I may offer one or more of these to you if I think that they may support your growth and are aligned with what I think that you're telling me that you want to achieve. If I do offer one or more of these methods to you for you to try, whether we do them together or not, I cannot guarantee the outcome of your use of these methods nor your perception of their outcome(s).

Too, these methods are sometime counter to the mores of most cultures and societies. This means that you may be triggered or become traumatized by using these suggested methods. Even if you don't have a history of trauma, the cognitive dissonance of the methods against your values and the values of your culture and society may be too overwhelming for you to be able to overcome quickly nor easily, nor/or without additional help from a licensed professional to do so.

Because I cannot guarantee your reaction to these methods, the responsibility for the impact before, during, and after the session is fully your own when choosing into trying the method that I suggest whether we do the suggested method together or you do it on your own.

These suggestions are not hard and fast and I still do highly recommend them. I will consider all circumstances. Please reach out to me here if you'd like to ask me what questions you may have.

I work best with folx who want or need to dig in deep and heal into the most loving, free, evolved, and aligned version of themselves.

I'm good at what I do. I'm a powerful healer and I empower you with effective tools that help you not only heal but also evolve. People sometimes come to alternative healers because they think that they'll not have to work as hard at having to look at their issues or own up to what's bothering them. If you're just looking to feel good and not actually heal or get better, I'm not a good choice for you. My sessions are deep, cathartic, evocative, transformative, and you have to participate. My sessions are designed to help you heal your issues at their root and not just attend to the manifestations of its symptoms. I am not overestimating my abilities, as those with whom I've worked can attest, nor your ability to evolve.

Again, if you're only looking to feel better, and there's a need for that in life at times and I honor that, I'm probably not the right healer for you. If you're wanting to get a feel for me and/or my sessions to see if you want to work with me, you're welcome to book a discovery session and/or come to one of my group share offerings.

I know that energy work is powerful enough to evoke whole life changes as the result of one session because the energy doesn't stop helping you once the session ends. It keeps supporting you until you negate it or you come to a natural healing conclusion. You will be adjusting and working to harmonize your energy, and therefore your life, to these deep healing sessions for months to come. The outcome may not settle for at least a year or more. I want you to glide through your possible up coming life changes. I want you to make this possible time of change as smooth and easy for yourself as possible. This is self care: to know that you may have something to attend to and to set yourself up lovingly to handle it. Due to this, I highly recommend that all of these things be true if they apply to you:

• Have a therapist or a personal or spiritual coach (not a business coach) who you've been seeing for at least six months but preferably a year. You need to feel safe with them (this, however is more important than length of time.) You need to be able to discuss this work (the whole "woo!" of it) honestly with them.

• While not a therapist, I do sometimes offer coaching on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out to ask three weeks after the end of your session.

• Have been sober for at least 5 years minimum (I will consider as few as 3 depending on the breadth and depth of your support system) if you are/have been a person who has/had an addiction*. You must have, in addition to the therapist, a support system in place.

• Please tell all the important people in your life that you're going to do this because people have been known to make incredible life changes after intense healing work.

• Learn to be willing to put yourself first, be open to receive and change, and to get out of your own way.

*Some believe that addiction is life long and some don't thus the wording.

If you've been in at an in ashram cloistered for three months or more, have been a monk, nun/spiritual leader in devoted practice/clergy (lay is fine), or a contemplative on a focused spiritual and/or philosophical path for five or more years, the previous suggestions may not apply.

I am not a "gnostic" in the religious sense. For those who were hoping for someone who is a member of a branch of Gnosticism, I'm sorry and I'm not a member. Gnosis, as I use it, means to receive knowledge and/awareness direct from the source of the information. For our purposes, the direct source of your knowledge will be you, Light, and the Source of the Universe if you think that there is such a repository/being/essence/group.

The work will be emotionally and mentally intense. With all the things I do, I recommend that you find a therapist to walk with you through this time. The path of a Master is self mastery. Many think of "mastery" as the mastery of their skills. While this will be a peripheral part of this path, the thoughts, actions, and self awareness needed to hone these skills will lead you to deeper self understanding. The work you will be doing will help you be yourself, take the lead in your life, be at the center of your own life, and the the guiding Light in your life. This is intended to challenge you and shake your foundations as this generally isn't how we're taught to interact and move through the world.

One person a year will be chosen for a mentorship via this program where it is a full work trade. If you are not living with/traveling with me, this has a 9 month minimum requirement. If you are, there is a 4 month minimum requirement. You will have very little free time if you take the live in option. Feel free to reach out to me if you're interested in the mentorship option. Otherwise, full trade for payment is not available for the Master Path offering.

I was attuned to Usui LIII Master/Teacher in 1997 by a Reiki Master/Teacher who was attuned directly through The International Center for Reiki Training. I, also, have an Usui Level I/Shoden attunement through a Level III/Teacher who was attuned directly through the International House of Reiki. I have my certificates from both. My first Reiki attunement, in 1995, was facilitated by a Master/Teacher that I knew then but no longer know now. They attuned me directly to Usui Reiki Level II. They did not give out certificates.

I am not a representative of the International House of Reiki. I link to them a lot because I appreciate the depth of knowledge they exhibit.

Energy healing is not a modality that is always viscerally felt in the moment, the benefits often seen in hindsight and/or in a shift in mood and/or perspective. During energy healing sessions, most people feel very relaxed because the energy can help with the release of physical/emotional/mental/spiritual pain or blockages. This allows the individual to begin having shifts in awareness towards a more positive way of thinking and perceiving.  If you do not experience immediate results,  I suggest that you wait a month before assessing if your session has manifested as you had hoped. During this month, look for sudden awarenesses, shifts in perspective and/or mood around the issue, and shifts in how your body feels. At that time, and if desired, feel free to reach out to me to work out an alternative and/or additional path towards your goal.

I've always been one to change and grow pretty consistently. More than three years ago now, I had another spiritual awakening. Compounded with the recent change in energy that is effecting many of us, my growth has been rapid and, at times, mind blowing. Some days, I'm lucky to know who I'm going to be at the end of the day.

A few things never change with me: My desire to know The Truth and act according to what I understand it to be, my desire to know myself and care for my self well, my dedication to this work -helping others know and care for themselves, I keep changing, and that pizza is still my number one food choice.

My intuition lets me know a lot. Sometimes, however, I don't know something intuitively until I'm in the moment and the energy reflects it back. This means that I have to take the step into doing something so that it reverberates and sends me back its resonance. I won't know until then that the thing was or was not correct. This is part of being claircognizant. So, I post a service and if the set up or wording or price isn't right sometimes I won't know until it's live on the site.

My whole life, in almost everything I do, my heart whispers to those around me, "come with me." I don't mind getting the spider webs on my face or being the first one to fall into the hole. I'll yell from the bottom of the hole, "look out" as I'm wiping the web off my face so that you don't have to fall in too. You're welcome to come with me on this fabulous, wild journey.
